They worked with us on coming up with good solutions to some problems that were revealed behind the walls and ceiling. Maybe could have done better at keeping the dust out of the rest of the house. Workers were very nice to work with.

The people that were sent were extremely couteous and pleasant. Truly delightful to work with.
The project consisted of 4 steps:
1. Installation and testing of a new router
2. Installation and testing of a Gigabit switch
3. Testing of the integrety of the wired Ethernet network
4. Installation and testing of two D-Link Media Center Extenders (MCE) - DSM-750
The first three steps went without a hitch and took maybe an hour. For an additional three hours they worked on setting up the MCE's. They left without completing the project which I did myself over two hours of working with DLink. To be fair they only charged me for 2 hours.
